Here, in an articulate interview, New Yorker Stuart tells us how he morphed from a weightlifting Long Island punker to a competitive bodybuilder. Lifting from his teen years, it only took a meeting with Pro Jay Cutler to inspire him to start packing on the size and going full steam into the muscle game.

In July 2005, Stuart took his weight class (Heavyweight) in the New Jersey Garden State Classic, and was now qualified to compete at the national level. We want to keep an eye on him....we think he's going places. Best body part? Stuart thinks it's his legs, even though, as he says in his interview, he "only just started squatting recently", and was only doing 5 plates (on each side). Weaknesses? Stuart says he has none.
