Ray Arde is featured in Body Design Production's "Ray Arde' Lifestyle Video".
Charles Ray 'Stingray' Arde's Lifestyle video was released in
May, 2005 - and we thought we'd give our members a sneak preview
of the uncut, 25-minute studio posedown session between Stingray,
Blair Mone, and Lou Joseph. It's a posedown session that nobody
saw coming - chock full of muscle - and with close-close-ups
of the three men as they battle it out.
And take a look at the outtakes - as the three muscle freaks
bonded in the studio, we knew we were getting some rare and
