P. J. Brauns' Lifestyle Video is now available from Body Design Productions!

Last year, when we first got a look at the aptly-named 23 year old heavyweight PJ Braun, we knew right away we had to feature this promising young man on MuscleGallery. We were right. Now 25, P.J. has had quite year, taking 4th in the Heavyweight Class at the 2006 NPC Junior USA's, and 1st in Heavyweights at the 2006 NPC New England Championships.

P. J.'s is an even 6'-0", with a competitive body weight iof 220 lbs. Off season he stays at about 250 lbs, being sure to keep his waistline as trim as possible. P.J. is a personal trainer with Powerhouse Gym, and helps out other athletes, including women fitness models, with both training and nutrition.

The results of our first shoot with P.J. were so impressive that we scheduled a second shoot for this last May, when a contest-condition P.J. worked out for us at the SoBe Gold's posed on the beach, and gave us some private session time as well. The results can be seen now in the Membership Section in 23 all-new video clips!
