2003 IFBB World Junior Champion Mahmoud Atef hails from Egypt. We met Mahmoud (along with several other Egyptian muscle stars) on a trip to Cairo. They brought us to World Gym, which showed us just how seriously the iron game is played in the tough Arab world. We also took a few camels to ride around the pyramids of Giza, escorted by five muscle pharaohs. The adventure starts here!
