Meet JOSE MARIA GUITTEREZ from Paraguay!

Jose has been training for 10 years, and 3 times has taken the Mr Paraguay Overall title. Jose was also runner up at the IFBB 2005 South American Championsips, in the category under 90 kilos.

Jose is currently competing under 100 kg, with an off-season weight 110 kilos. He works as a personal trainer and masseur at a gym in Asuncion. He has also competed in Argentina, Peru and Ecuador, and he´s one of the most respected bodybuilders in Paraguay, counting many fans.

Paraguay is the one of the most unknown and wild places in South America, with lots of bodybuilding competitors yet to be discovered.
